Working towards expanded character creation

Howdy folks!

I’ve been hard at work these past few weeks reorganizing content, refining a few rules, and adding some new features. My next goal is to release a Character’s Guide (an expansion of the player facing materials in the demo pdf.), something that includes everything players need to know to build and play their forsworne. It’ll also serve as an in-world primer: the kind of knowledge your character might reasonably have about the world itself.

I’ve developed four Physiologies (essentially species or ancestries in other systems), and I’m putting the finishing touches on them now. They’ll be added here soon, along with a few pieces of lore that tie each one to the world’s history and cultures.

I’ve also been experimenting with how I want to approach video content. It’s something I’d like to do, but I’m still figuring out a format that feels natural, the idea of it is exciting, the doing of it, not so much. In the meantime, I’ll keep sharing updates here as I build out more lore and refine the mechanics.
